The “TMU Research Center for Digestive Medicine (TMU RCDM)」” coordinates one campus digestive medicine research and joins the clinical specialty research teams of the three affiliated hospitals, making the center a comprehensive and forward-looking digestive medicine research team.

張君照主任領軍消化醫學研究中心三年有成

北醫大消化醫學研究中心 整合院校資源激盪臨床研究合作 帶動產官學發展提升國際競爭力

為因應消化醫學領域快速發展，臺北醫學大學2022年成立消化醫學研究中心，希望透過體系資源整合，為相關領域的服務、教學、研究添加動能，同時藉由團隊的持續深耕，成為台灣消化道醫學產官學合作的大平台。為使校院體系能夠快速整合，校方決定指派北醫附醫副院長張君照醫師擔任此消化醫學研究中心主任。張君照醫師長年深耕消化醫學領域，除了臨床服務之外，同時對於教學、研究領域亦相當熟稔，深獲校方與醫院信任，成為領導此研究中心的最佳人選。

肥胖與脂肪肝及肝硬化的距離!!

臺北醫學大學附設醫院消化內科主任：1.造成脂肪肝的主要成因：肥胖和代謝症候群，攝入過量酒精。2.非酒精性脂肪肝疾病是代謝症候群在肝臟的表現，與肥胖、胰島素抗性、高血壓和高三酸甘油脂有關。3.脂肪肝診斷與評估: 黃金標準診斷是「肝臟切片」，影像檢查，包括腹部超音波，肝纖維化掃描儀(Fibroscan, ARFI)，磁振造影脂肪定量(MRI-PDFF)，磁振造影彈性成像(MR elastography), 評估同時出現的心臟代謝疾病。
